1. The service
Chiaro (macOS) and ChiaroTraslate (iOS) provide AI-assisted translation and writing tools. Results are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors: always review output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical or financial content.
2. Subscriptions and payment (iOS)
- Chiaro includes three days of Pro access from first use. This service trial is separate from Apple and does not start, renew, or automatically convert into a paid subscription.
- ChiaroTraslate Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple at €8.99/month. The exact price in your local currency, and any Apple introductory offer if one is configured, are shown by the App Store at purchase time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via App Store account settings.
- Purchasing activates paid access immediately; the separate service trial does not affect Apple billing. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
3. Fair use
The service is for personal, human use. You may not: resell or share access credentials; use the service for automated bulk processing; attempt to bypass usage limits; use it for unlawful content or to violate third-party rights. We may throttle or suspend access that harms the service or generates abnormal costs.
4. Intellectual property
The apps, their design and branding remain our property. You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive, to the extent permitted by the AI providers' terms.
5. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features; material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page. You can stop using the service and cancel the subscription at any time.

Chiaro (macOS) e ChiaroTraslate (iOS) offrono strumenti di traduzione e scrittura assistiti dall'AI. I risultati sono generati da modelli AI di terze parti e possono contenere errori: verifica sempre l'output prima di farci affidamento, specialmente per contenuti legali, medici o finanziari.
2. Abbonamenti e pagamento (iOS)
- Chiaro include tre giorni di accesso Pro dal primo utilizzo. Questa prova del servizio è separata da Apple e non avvia, rinnova né si converte automaticamente in un abbonamento a pagamento.
- ChiaroTraslate Pro è un abbonamento mensile con rinnovo automatico acquistato tramite Apple a 8,99 €/mese. Il prezzo esatto nella tua valuta, e l'eventuale offerta introduttiva Apple se configurata, sono mostrati dall'App Store al momento dell'acquisto.
- L'addebito avviene sull'ID Apple. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente, dalle impostazioni dell'account App Store.
- L'acquisto attiva subito l'accesso a pagamento; la prova separata del servizio non incide sulla fatturazione Apple. I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo le regole dell'App Store.
3. Uso corretto
Il servizio è per uso personale e umano. Non è consentito: rivendere o condividere le credenziali di accesso; usare il servizio per elaborazioni massive automatizzate; aggirare i limiti d'uso; usarlo per contenuti illeciti o in violazione di diritti altrui. Possiamo limitare o sospendere accessi che danneggiano il servizio o generano costi anomali.
4. Proprietà intellettuale
Le app, il loro design e il marchio restano di nostra proprietà. Conservi ogni diritto sul testo che invii e sull'output che ricevi, nei limiti consentiti dai termini dei provider AI.
5. Garanzie e responsabilità
Il servizio è fornito "così com'è", senza garanzia di disponibilità ininterrotta o idoneità a uno scopo specifico. Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, la nostra responsabilità è limitata a quanto pagato per il servizio nei 12 mesi precedenti il reclamo. Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti che la legge sui consumatori ti riconosce.
6. Modifiche e cessazione
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini o dismettere funzionalità; le modifiche rilevanti saranno comunicate in-app o su questa pagina. Puoi smettere di usare il servizio e disdire l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento.
7. Legge applicabile
